The Avondale Municipal Art Committee is inviting submissions for the 2024 Achieving Artists High School Scholarship Art Contest.

High school seniors from Avondale are invited to showcase their artistic talent across various mediums such as photography, painting, ceramics, or any other form they wish to explore.
Participants will have the chance to express their creativity and technical skills for the opportunity to win college scholarship funds and have their artwork displayed at the Civic Center Library.
The contest is open to all high school seniors in Avondale and will run from April 9 to April 30. Submissions can be sent via email to activeavondale@avondaleaz.gov. Entry details can be found at www.avondaleaz.gov/artcontest.
Entries will be evaluated based on their demonstration of creativity and technical skills. The top three entries will be selected, and winners will be announced on May 7, 2024.
