The Grace Fisher Foundation has been chosen as the beneficiary for ticket sales from the Santa Barbara Studio Artists’ 23rd Annual Open Studio Tour, Aug. 31-Sept. 2.
The foundation, which is dedicated to increasing educational accessibility and promoting inclusive arts, will benefit from the celebration of local art.
The event will open with a Reception and Preview Exhibition, 5-8 p.m. Aug. 30 at the Community Arts Workshop (CAW), 631 Garden St., Santa Barbara.
Attendees will have an opportunity to view an original oil painting by Grace Fisher, and enjoy complimentary appetizers and drinks while previewing the works of local artists.
Over the weekend, art lovers will be able to visit the studios of some of Santa Barbara’s most notable artists, while supporting a cause that empowers performers of all abilities through the arts.
“We are thrilled and honored to be the beneficiary of this year’s Open Studio Tour,” said Grace Fisher, founder of the Grace Fisher Foundation. “This event not only celebrates the incredible talent within our community but also helps to further our mission of bringing the arts to everyone, regardless of ability.”
