The Concourse Club of Palmerton is inviting interested artists to submit their works on Sept. 6 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. for the annual Art & Photography Show being held on Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sept. 8 from 1 to 4 p.m.
The show, held in conjunction with the Palmerton Community Festival, will be at the Sacred Heart Church Hall, Third Street and Lafayette Avenue in Palmerton.
Artwork submitted into the main show will be judged by local artists and various prizes will be awarded. All works should be framed or have finished edging and be wired for hanging.
If a freestanding piece is entered, it is the responsibility of the artist to provide a stand or table for display. Additionally, there is a Marketplace for works available for sale for under $150. The Concourse Club will take a 20% commission on all works sold.
