Arts Council Menifee has two events coming up this spring, the Menifee Arts Showcase and Menifee’s Got Talent, and invites artists and performers to participate.
The Menifee Arts Showcase will be held 11 a.m.-4 p.m. April 27, featuring an exhibit of art and photography, plus vocal, instrumental, literary, dance and dramatic performances at the Menifee Countryside Marketplace.
Performances will be scheduled every 30 minutes on several stages, according to a news release.
Application deadline for artists and performers is April 23, and there is a fee for artists who wish to display and sell their work.

Menifee’s Got Talent is a noncompetitive variety show open to traditional performing arts plus performers such as jugglers, comedians and magicians.
The show will be held 7 p.m. May 31 at Liberty High School in Winchester.
There is no cost to perform, but participants must audition online with a link to a video of their performance or attend the live audition scheduled 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 20 at the Antelope-Menifee Rural Center.
There will be 20 to 25 acts chosen for the show, each about three to five minutes long, according to the news release. Mandatory dress rehearsal will be held 5-8 p.m. May 30.
