FRIENDSHIP — Salt Pond Studio Presents a special Friendship Day event celebrating the artists of Friendship, Maine: Works by Sam Cady, Pam Cabanas, Jeremy Barnard, Nancy Nelson, Lisa Dombek, Cheryl McAlister, Stephen Hensel, Brian Woods, Joanie Kessler Betterley, David Kapp, Cecily Kahn, Patience Sampson and Jamie Spooner.
The opening event takes place Friday, July 19, from 4 – 8 p.m., as part of the Friendship Day Celebration. Gallery hours extended for Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21. Open 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Photographer Kelli Haines will be onsite and in the tent all weekend, offering “Old Timey Portraits” of you, your family, mates, and besties. Costumes welcome for these “Tin Type” pics bound to be family treasures.
Salt Pond Studio is located at 522 Cushing Road, Friendship, Maine in the renovated pre-civil war schoolhouse at the corner of Salt Pond Road and Rte. 97. Gallery owner Pam Cabañas treats all comers to lively events featuring not only fine art, but a fun evening of barbecue, beverage, and conversation around the firepit.
