Dream Art Opens First European Affiliate

Dream Art are now extending their reach around the world, as they have just announced the opening of their first ever European affiliate. Isaque Bahiense has lead the Dream Art project right from the start, attempting to locate the best young colored belt competitors and eventually develop them into world champions. He’s managed to accomplish some remarkable things with the team, all while still competing at the highest levels of the sport and achieving plenty of success on the mats himself.

Dream Art has been slowly growing in their home-nation of Brazil and other top teams in the country like Guigo Jiu-Jitsu have decided to join forces with them too. Bahiense has managed to develop a fantastic team of young competitors at Dream Art and their success has even managed to attract some elite competitors to join them over the years too. This still marks a landmark moment in the affiliation’s history, as Dream Art has now become a truly global collection of academies by adding their first European affiliate to the network.

The new Dream Art affiliate is located in Nuremberg, Germany and it’s actually an existing gym that was originally affiliated with Alliance Jiu-Jitsu. This is actually the same team that Bahiense competed under during the tail-end of his colored belt career, and he was eventually promoted to black belt by Fabio Gurgel and Michael Langhi. It’ll be interesting to see if Dream Art continues to expand their presence in Europe with more gyms spread across different countries, and if they can now become a bigger presence on the competition scene across Europe now that they have competitors in the area.

Isaque Bahiense announced the news that Dream Art had now opened their first ever European affiliate in Nuremberg, Germany in a recent post to his official Instagram account:
