The next event in the “Listening to Door County Artists” panel series, held May 21, 6:30-8 pm, will center on local visual artists.
The free event correlates with Rebecca Carlton’s installation/social sculpture, Are We Listening?, located at the Door County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC).
Peninsula School of Art executive director Adam Erickson will moderate the conversation. Panel members include Deanna Clayton, sculptural glass artist and owner of Deanna Clayton Glass; Dan Cross, multimedia artist and gallerist of Idea Gallery; Nathan Hatch, artist, educator and owner of Nathan Hatch Art; Margaret Lockwood, painter and owner of Margaret Lockwood Gallery; Jeremy Popelka, glass artist, educator and co-owner of Popelka Trenchard Glass LLC; Suzanne Rose, fine-art photographer; and Tony Staroska, visual artist and co-owner of Juddville Contemporary Studio/Gallery.
