Sustainability Prize Category
The Sustainability Prize category is based on the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development which is a plan of action for people, planet, prosperity, peace and partnerships. Any medium is accepted.
First Nations Prize Category

- Online entries open: Friday, 1 March 2024, 6am AEST

- Finalists publicly announced by: Monday, 22 July 2024
- Online voting for People’s Choice opens: Monday 22 July 2024
- Online voting for People’s Choice closes: Friday 13 September 2024, 11.55pm AEST

Prize Categories
- Open Prize valued at $20,000
- First Nations Prize for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists valued at $20,000
- Sustainability Prize valued at $8,000
Open and First Nations entries must be paintings. Sustainability entries can be any medium.
There is also the People’s Choice Award valued at $1,000. All finalists are automatically entered in the People’s Choice Award.
