Warhol Visual Artist Program’s 2023 artist in residence, Jeremy Dennis leads a presentation, nature walk and art-making workshop. Participants should bring a photographic device of their choice – anything from a camera phone to a DSLR is welcome – and prepare to see the environment in new ways. At the end, participants will have the opportunity to share a photo of choice in narrative format.
Jeremy Dennis is a contemporary fine art photographer and a tribal member of the Shinnecock Indian Nation in Southampton, NY. In his work, Dennis explores indigenous identity, culture, and assimilation. This program is offered to participants as part of the Warhol Visual Artists Program.
