10 of the hottest artists to check out at Coachella Festival


The Coachella Festival date is getting closer, with the event taking place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, and spanning two weekends, from  April 12th to 14th, and April 19th to 21st, 2024.

 This year’s musical offering will bring over 80 artists across different stages. The electronic acts lineup  is specially curated and features worldwide renowned artists such as  Justice, Peggy Gou, Orbital, BICEP, Two Shell, Mall Grab, Skream & Benga,  and more.

Also, headlining the event on the main stage are acclaimed artists such as  Doja Cat, Tyler, The Creator, and Lana Del Rey.  Fans will also be thrilled to see No Doubt, led by  Gwen Stefani, making a comeback and performing for the first time since 2015. Other notable appearances include Peso Pluma, Blur, J Balvin, Jungle, Grimes, Jockstrap, SPINALL, Barry Can’t Swim, Victoria Monét, Lil Uzi Vert, Skepta, Ice Spice, Coi Leray, and Lil Yachty,  among many others.

As we gear up for Coachella 2024, we have selected 10 electronic acts to check this year.  Catch them  at the Yuma and Do LaB  stages, and also at  Framework’s  ‘In The Desert’ after party series.

1. Adam Ten

Adam Ten has been on a global tear, landing multiple releases on Diplo’s label Higher Ground, support from dance music most influential artists such as Solomun & Black Coffee, co-signs from electronic music’s gatekeeper Pete Tong, and coveted performance slots everywhere from EDC to Burning Man, and in 2024, making his debut at Coachella. Adam Ten’s production style, rooted in the regional staple genre of psytrance, is a departure from pure Chicago house and mainstream tech house. Tel Aviv’s dance music scene has seen a recent boom of up-and-coming artists led by him. While his label, Maccabi House, serves as a beacon for new producers, he’ll take his ethos to a new level during his Coachella W1 set, where he plans on playing tracks mainly from the flourishing local talent pool

2. Dom Dolla

Australia’s Dom Dolla is experiencing a meteoric rise, his signature style of house music is connecting with global audiences, recognized as one of the most exciting producers in electronic music. Born in Manila, and raised in outback Northern Australia, he discovered dance music when his mother handed him a copy of Basement Jaxx’s 2001 album ‘Rooty’ while on holidays in Denpasar. Dom made the move to Melbourne, teaming up with high school mates hosting pub-discos & DJing on weekends whilst working as a graphic designer during the week. In 2015, Dom was encouraged to quit his day job to pursue his obsession with music and production.

3. John Summit

With over 500 million global streams on Spotify alone, John Summit has garnered a massive following of 7 million+ monthly listeners and a dedicated fanbase. And yet, behind the larger-than-life persona lies a relatable, down-to-earth artist who once worked as a CPA by day and taught YouTube music production tutorials by night. This duality is reflected in his music, which manages to be both accessible yet complex.

4. Charlotte De Witte

No Sleep. A mindset and work ethic claimed by many but endured by few. Charlotte de Witte’s a Belgian-born DJ whose surge on the scene has resulted in her being one of the most sought-after names in electronic music today.  Highlight performances across the continents, magazine covers, high-ranking positions in the charts & lists, and owner of one of the strongest social media profiles in music today, confirm her status as nouveaux techno royalty.

5. Ben Sterling

A surging name within global house music, UK-based DJ and producer Ben Sterling is beginning to showcase his talents as one of the scene’s most in-demand rising names. Championed by Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, The Martinez Brothers, Eats Everything, Patrick Topping, and even gaining support from global superstar Calvin Harris, Sterling has released on a wealth of leading labels across his young yet impressive career – featuring on Hot Creations, Edible, Hottrax and ORIGINS RCRDS as one of the first signees hand-picked by Josh Butler himself. Now an established name in house and techno, Ben has performed at a host of iconic clubs and festivals around the world, including Resistance, HYTE, elrow, Straf_Werk, The Warehouse Project, The BPM Festival, and more.

6. Folamour

Drawing on the core values of classic house, funk, and disco, Folamour is a multi-faceted producer, DJ, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist who comes from the chaotic melting pot of Marseille, France. You may know him from whipping up euphoric moments on the dance floor (like he did for one of the top Boiler Room sets of all time). After exploding into popular consciousness with a string of dancefloor-friendly cuts, remixes for iconic artists Nightmares on Wax and Morcheeba, 650+ live gigs since 2015, and his signature bucket hat look (he has 150 of them), Folamour has built a loyal following around the globe.

7. Reinier Zonneveld

Reinier Zonneveld has been known to play all-night live sets, spontaneously constructed and feeding off the energy of the dancefloor in a reciprocal synergy. Within just a few years of beginning his career, he has already performed on all continents, from main stages to underground clubs, leaving a thrilled crowd on each dancefloor. When not on the road, he works hard to find the time to create tracks and further hone his skills in the studio, with the experiences and influences gained from his performances and travels serving as a constant source of inspiration. He also runs his own acclaimed label Filth on Acid, founded in early 2017.

8. Flight Facilities

Since originating in 2008 in Sydney, Australia, Flight Facilities, across two albums and a myriad of beloved singles, has amassed over 1.5 billion streams across DSPs and YouTube. They’ve circled the globe as both maestros behind the decks and as a live band, performing for over one million fans worldwide over the course of their career, and have worked alongside artists like Kylie Minogue, DRAMA, Channel Tres, Aloe Blacc, and Reggie Watts. Following the success of their critically acclaimed 2021 sophomore album ‘FOREVER’, the new single, ‘Trouble,’ marks a return to the duo’s roots as they extract the essence of Sydney’s club scene in the mid-to-late 2000s, where they met and played across the thriving scene in the midst of a DJ renaissance.

9. Adriatique

For over a decade, Zürich creatives Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer aka Adriatique have garnered a reputation with their mesmerizing releases on Afterlife, Rose Avenue, and Diynamic, and remixes of Swedish House Mafia and Elderbook. Last year, Adriatique released their collaborative singles ‘Miracle’ with WhoMadeWho, which also received an official remix from RÜFÜS DU SOL, and ‘With You’ with Gordo, before launching their new imprint X Recordings with ‘The Future Is Unknown’. 2024 will see Adriatique soar to new heights with new releases on X Recordings, performances at Ultra Music Festival and Coachella, and debut editions of Adriatique presents X in new cities like Barcelona.

10. Kasbo

Previously supported by Complex, Billboard, The Fader, Flaunt, DJ Mag & more, Kasbo, real name Carl Garsbo, first established himself as a sensation across electronic music with his transformative, emotional sound on his 2018 debut album, ‘Places We Don’t Know’. Following his second album, ‘The Making of a Paracosm’, released on Foreign Family Collective and Counter Records in 2020, Kasbo returns in 2024 with a new direction of his sound. With an increasingly expanding skill set, Kasbo has reached the trifecta of modern dance music as a live performer, a DJ, and a producer. Over his career, his music has resonated with listeners around the world, amassing a total of 500+ million combined streams to date. His new album ‘The Learning of Urgency’ will arrive on ODESZA’s beloved label, Foreign Family Collective, on June 7, 2024.
