Adirondack Artist's Guild in Saranac Lake.

The Adirondack Artists Guild will hold its 26th annual juried show in March and April. The exhibit opens on Friday, March 15 with a gala reception, and will run through April 17. Seventy-six works of art by sixty-four artists have been chosen for the show by juror Laura Desmond, curator and educator at the Frederic Remington Art Museum in Ogdensburg. Prizes donated by Chris Covert of Guide Boat Realty, Lindy Ellis and Rich Shapiro of Gear-to-Go Tandems, and the Adirondack Artists Guild will be awarded during the reception.

A local friend of the arts will once again provide a People’s Choice award. Visitors to the gallery will be able to vote for their favorite piece of artwork. At the end of the exhibit, the ballots will be counted and the winner will be announced.

The Adirondack Artists Guild is a cooperative retail art gallery representing a diverse group of artists residing and working in the Tri-Lakes region of the Adirondack Park. The gallery is located at 52 Main Street in Saranac Lake.
