Artists unite in downtown Greenville for 20th annual Artisphere

Greenville, S.C (WSPA) – Artists from all over the map will show their work in downtown Greenville this weekend at the 20th Anniversary of Artisphere.

The festival is organized throughout Main Street by medium with culinary and performing arts present as well.

140 artists will display works competing and selling what they brought with them.

Since 2005, Artisphere has donated over $275,000 to local groups like the SC Governors School, Greenville Chorale and others.

There’s something for kids and adults with Kidsphere pairing students from the Governors school with festival children to create free crafts.

Clemson University’s STEAM Exhibit and the University of South Carolina’s Art of Healthy Living Exhibit instruct young festival goers in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics as well as Health Sciences.

Artists will compete for the Emerging Festival Artist Scholarship program which covers costs for several Greenville artists without festival exhibition experience to be a part of Artist Row.

Enjoy May 10-12.
