Although Taylor Swift’s massively successful worldwide “Eras Tour” came to a close in 2024, this year is still guaranteed to be a big one for concert tours.
Some huge names are hitting the road in 2025, including Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and SZA, Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny, Usher, Post Malone, Ed Sheeran, Zayn Malik, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Shakira, Billy Joel, Gracie Abrams and more.
But a significant amount of artists touring this year aren’t making any stops in Florida while on the road.
Here’s a list of artists that are skipping the Sunshine State, where their closest shows will be and a list of artists who are visiting Florida on their 2025 tours.
Beyoncé, ‘Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit’ Tour
Queen Bey is not heading to Florida during her upcoming tour for her Grammy Award-winning album, “Cowboy Carter.” The closest tour location is Atlanta, Georgia.
Beyoncé first announced the country album during a surprise Super Bowl commercial in February 2024 when she released singles “16 Carriages” and “Texas Hold ‘Em.” She later released the full 27-track album on March 29, with features from Miley Cyrus, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, and other country stars.
She last toured in Florida back in 2023 on her record-breaking Renaissance World Tour to accompany her 2022 album, “Renaissance.”
Billie Eilish, ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’ Tour
Billie Eilish is taking her “Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour” outside of the U.S. this year after beginning in Canada last September. However, Floridian fans didn’t get the chance to see her in 2024 anyway.
Like Beyonce, Eilish’s closest tour date was in Atlanta in November. The singer also skipped out on Florida during her “Happier Than Ever” world tour in 2022.
Father John Misty, “Mahashmashana’ Tour
Indie darling and Lana Del Rey collaborator Father John Misty released his sixth studio album “Mahashmashana” in November 2024. After performing in several festivals, he is set to take the album on a month-long tour through North America this month.
The closest tour location to Florida is Atlanta on Feb. 13.
Fontaines D.C., ‘USA 2025’ Tour
Irish punk band Fontaines D.C. rose to popularity in the U.S. this past year with its fourth album “Romance.” However, they aren’t making their Floridian debut during their 2025 “USA LIVE” tour.
As per usual, Floridian fans can travel up to Atlanta to see the band rock out.
Gracie Abrams, ‘The Secret of Us’ tour
Gracie Abrams previously dazzled Florida Taylor Swift fans during the Eras tour shows in Miami and Tampa. Yet, the singer isn’t returning for her own headlining tour in 2025.
Abrams going on her fourth concert tour for her 2024 album “The Secret of Us.” Instead of Atlanta, fans will have to trek to New York City to see the rising star.
Jack White, ‘No Name’ tour
Jack White surprised fans last year with the release of his sixth solo album “No Name,” offering the album through unmarked white vinyl records at select stores.
Unfortunately, White is not surprising his Florida fans with any tour dates. Instead, you have to journey to Nashville to see the former “White Stripes” singer perform.
Japanese Breakfast
While her lead single for her new album is “Orlando in Love,” Florida’s Orlando is not on Japanese Breakfast’s 2025 North American tour. Or any Florida cities for that matter.
The indie-pop band led by vocalist Michelle Zauner released its fourth studio album “For Melancholy Brunettes (& Sad Women)” last March.
Kendrick Lamar and SZA, ‘Grand National’ tour
At the 67th Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 2, Kendrick Lamar won five Grammys and SZA took home a Grammy in the “Best R&B Song” category. And for the second weekend in a row, the pair will have another big moment: They are the performers for the Super Bowl 59 halftime performance on Sunday, Feb. 9.
In April, the labelmates and co-collaborators are kicking off a tour together called “Grand National,” but no Florida shows have been announced yet.
While many Floridian fans were miffed about the dates, others are choosing to be optimistic and hold out hope that the singers will announce another leg of their tour with more North American cities — including a stop in Florida.
There is some merit to the idea; SZA herself didn’t initially release Florida dates on her 2023 “SOS” tour. But months later, the singer announced a second North American leg, which kicked off in Miami and Tampa.
At the moment, neither singer has mentioned adding more cities to the tour.
As of February 2025, the closest show to Florida will be on April 29 in Atlanta, Georgia, at Mercedes Benz Stadium
Oasis, ‘Live ’25’ Tour
Oasis’s 2025 reunion tour will mostly take place in the UK and Canada, with only five shows scheduled for the U.S. in Illinois, New Jersey and California. If you don’t know, Oasis is from the UK.
Oasis will not be coming anywhere close to Florida. Their closest show to Florida will be in East Rutherford, New Jersey, at MetLife Stadium on August 31 and September 1.
Sharon Van Etten, ‘Sharon Van Etten & the Attachment Theory’ Tour
New Jersey-born indie-rock and folk singer songwriter Sharon Van Etten won’t be coming to Florida on her 2025 “Sharon Van Etten & the Attachment Theory” Tour, but she will be coming close.
The closest show to Florida on this tour is in Atlanta, Georgia at The Eastern on April 24.
St. Vincent
The musician, singer, songwriter and producer professionally known as St. Vincent is also hitting the road in 2025 for her seventh studio album “All Born Screaming”. The alternative, indie, pop rock fusion artist’s closest show to Florida will be in Atlanta, Georgia at Tabernacle on April 11.
Trisha Paytas’s ‘Eras’ Tour
Trisha Paytas is one of the most controversial content creators on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. And now, she’s going on tour!
The influencer is known for her many controversies, online feuds, imaginative videos and “trolling” the internet. But on top of making videos, she’s also an independent music artist.
In January, Paytas announced she’d be going on her own “Eras” tour, even donning a bejeweled replica of the iconic “Lover” bodysuit that Taylor Swift wore at her own “Eras Tour” shows.
Once the tour locations were released, some fans took to social media to share their disappointment over their city being skipped. Notably, many Floridian fans were shocked they were snubbed.
The closest city on Paytas’s tour is in Atlanta, Georgia at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
Zayn Malik, ‘Stairway to the Sky’ Tour
Former One Direction star and singer Zayn Malik just finished touring the U.S. for his fourth studio album “Room Under the Stairs.”
The closest Malik’s “Stairway to the Sky” Tour came to Florida was Las Vegas, Nevada.
