Odessa Arts want to see your art on the walls of Odessa’s City Hall. Selected works will be displayed in council chambers on the fifth floor of Odessa’s City Hall from April 10, 2024, through March 30, 2025.
The application period is now open to all Permian Basin artists through March 15, 2024.
Artwork must follow guidelines adopted by City Council, must be assembled and ready to hang on delivery to the City of Odessa. At the conclusion of the exhibit, the City of Odessa may exercise its privilege to purchase one of the pieces to grow its permanent collection.
All two‐dimensional artwork submitted must be framed or mounted and ready to hang. Canvas art will be attached to the ceiling and will need to be aptly prepared for this.
All three‐dimensional artwork submitted must be self‐supporting or include a stand.
Art presented in an electronic medium must be accompanied by appropriate audio and video equipment.
