Ayodhya decks up for Deepotsav
The temple town of Ayodhya is preparing to host the seventh edition of the Deepotsav celebrations, a three-day event that will feature cultural and artistic performances from artists across India. The celebrations will culminate with the lighting of at least 21 lakh diyas along the Saryu river and other parts of the town. Highlights of the event include folk music and dance performances, including Kathakali from Kerala and Sindhi Cham from Sikkim. Various dance forms from different states will also be showcased.
