On Friday, veteran actress Mumtaz had dropped some photos from Pakistan with Fawad Khan, Ghulam Ali and others. She was also seen posing with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. She was seen very happy as Ghulam Ali also performed a ghazal for her. In a video dropped by the actress, one saw the legendary ghazal singer singing ‘Chupke Chupke Raat Din’.

She felt blessed to receive so much love as people there knew about all her movies and songs. Mumtaz revealed Fawad’s gesture for her. “Do you know what he did for me? He reserved an entire restaurant for her. There was just Fawad, his wife, his child along with Mumtaz at the restaurant.


Meanwhile, the actress revealed that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sang for her despite being unwell, which made her feel very special. Mumtaz said that people in Pakistan are just like people in India and they are very lovable. Moreover, they are also very talented. Hence, the unofficial embargo on Pakistani artists in India should end and they should be allowed to work here. “We have no dearth of talent in our own country and our film induststry, lekin unhein bhi mauka milna chahiye (the Pakistani artists should also get a chance,” urged the actress.
