NYC’s New Colossus Fest adds neary 50 artists to 2024 lineup

NYC’s New Colossus Festival happens March 6-10 at venues all over the Lower East Side and East Village, flooding the neighborhood with groups from around the world on their way to SXSW in Austin. It’s a good opportunity to discover something new. Passes are on sale, and they’ve just announced their second round of showcasing artists, with nearly 50 new artists added.

Those include Montreal’s La Sécurité (who were our favorite thing we saw at M for Montreal this year) and fellow Mothland band Hot Garbage, plus Eternal SummersNicole Yun, Caveman frontman Michael Iwanusa’s RIP Dunes project, UK bands Dream Nails, Currls, Georgie Boyd, The Gulps, and Wynona Beach, French bands Sarakiniko and Stuck in the Sound, more Canadians (poolblood, Pony Girl, Keegan Powell, POSTDATA, Mother Tongues ), as well as artists from Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Brazil, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Spain, the US and more. Check out the list of additions, along with the current poster featuring all the bands playing, below.
