The Third Ward Art Festival is kicking off at the start of Labor Day weekend this year and will feature the work of nearly 200 artists from across the country.

Attendees can purchase artwork and also interact with artists through various demonstrations at the festival. Here’s a look at what you need to know about the Third Ward Art Festival 2024.

The Third Ward Art Festival runs from Aug. 31 through Sept. 1. Hours for the festival are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

The Third Ward Art Festival is in Milwaukee’s Third Ward on Broadway Street from St. Paul to Menomonee.

Artist Lineup 2024:

People attend the Third Ward Art Festival on Broadway in The Historic Third Ward on Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023. The annual show ran Saturday and Sunday and featured the work of more than 150 juried artists from around the country.

The festival features over 200 artists from across the country using various mediums, including ceramics, fiber glass, jewelry, mixed media, paintings, drawing and photography. You can find a full list of the artists attending the festival here.

The Third Ward is a stop on the Hop streetcar route and Milwaukee County bus lines. Festival-goers can also park their Bublr bike rental at docking stations at St. Paul/Broadway, Menomonee/Erie and Jefferson/Erie.
