24H Air France, Karl Hab’s photo book documenting 90 years of elegance


A pop-up exhibition in the heart of Paris 

From 19 to 20 December 2023, to celebrate the book’s publication, Air France is organizing a free pop-up exhibition at the Galerie Joseph in Paris. The most beautiful photos from the book are on display in this elegant Parisian setting, alongside the company’s uniforms from the past to the present day.

Galerie Joseph: 7, rue Bailly 75003 Paris. 19 December, from 2.30pm to 6pm, 20 December, from 10am to 6pm. 

 

About Karl Hab       

Based in Paris, Karl Hab is a renowned photographer and certified aeronautics engineer. An aviation enthusiast, his work frequently takes him around the world, where his passions for design, fashion, street culture and travel are captured through his lens. A genuine globetrotter, Karl Hab has been capturing the world with his unique vision for over 15 years. Instinctively drawn to action, he has developed his “24H” concept for Air France, after producing books on Paris, Los Angeles and Hong Kong using the same editorial approach.

Air France, 90 years of elegance

 

Created from the merger of Air Orient, Air Union, Société Générale de Transports Aériens, the Compagnie Internationale de Navigation Aérienne and Aéropostale, Air France was officially inaugurated on 7th October 1933. Ever since, the company has continued to create its legend by promoting the French art of travel around the world. Air France today offers its customers close to 1,000 daily flights to 200 destinations with a fleet of more than 240 aircraft.
