ICAD Joins Forces with the Art Directors Club of Europe

Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE) officially announced the return of ICAD – Institute of Creative Advertising and Design as a member of the organisation.

Joining ADC*E and The One Club, enables ICAD and its members to contribute to a dynamic and expanding network consisting of 23 creative clubs and over 7,000 industry professionals. This partnership not only champions Irish creativity on a European and international stage but also enhances ICAD’s increasing relevance and influence. Through ICAD’s membership of ADC*E, the institute will drive and collaborate on initiatives that benefit the combined creative communities.

ADCE is a Barcelona-based organisation founded in 1990 that strives to foster excellence in graphic design and advertising creativity at a European scale. With the new addition of ICAD, The European network serves as the voice for 23 creative clubs across the continent, representing over 7,000 industry professionals in the visual communication field.

ADCE is also part of The One Club for Creativity based in New York, the world’s foremost non-profit organisation whose mission is to support and celebrate the global creative community through programming that includes The One Show, ADC Annual Awards, ONE Creator Lab, and more.

“Joining ADCE and The One Club of Creativity enables ICAD to contribute to a growing network of creatives, while promoting Irish creativity on a European and international stage. We look forward to working together on initiatives that deliver tangible benefits to our community.” declared Neil Rooney, executive director at ICAD.

“We’re excited to welcome back our Irish colleagues into the ADCE community” said Mercè Segú, executive director, ADCE. “They are now part of a larger community. With the merger with the One Club, ADCE will elevate Irish creatives and their excellent work to new dimensions. This collaboration will bring them more benefits and greater visibility in Europe and worldwide”
