Chilliwack Visual Artists Association puts out call for artists for 2025/2026 season
Artists are being sought to display their work at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre art gallery for the upcoming season.
The Chilliwack Visual Artists Association put out a call for artists to exhibit in the O’Connor Group Art Gallery in 2025 and 2026.
An exhibition may be by a solo artist, or be a partnered or group show. The exhibits are scheduled in five-week periods and all submissions will go through a juried process.
Those interested can fill out an application form which must include an artist’s biography, artist’s statement (or group mission statement), samples of recent artwork, and an inventory of the samples of artwork.
The application form can be found at oconnorgroupartgallery.com/call-for-artists or picked up from the gallery at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre during gallery hours (Wednesday to Saturday from noon to 5 p.m.).
People can submit their applications by email to cvaa.gallerycoordinator@gmail.com, or by mailing/hand-delivering it to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre. The deadline is Aug. 31.
