The Literature Centre, Paperbird and the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators are proud to present an empowering exhibition, Drawn by Her: Stories from WA Women Illustrators. This female-led and inspired exhibition will celebrate the remarkable talent and diversity of Western Australian women illustrators.
We invite submissions of original illustrations, with or without process work, from female artists of all ages for a chance to be featured in our upcoming exhibition in the Moores Gallery from October 21st to November 4th, 2024. Submissions from culturally diverse and First Nations female artists are highly encouraged.
Pending funding there will also be opportunities for paid artists’ talks and workshops. Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to showcase your stories and connect with a dedicated audience.
