This unique studio is part of a vibrant artists’ community. The Kinross manse was built in 1892, and this studio was originally a stable or coach house, which has been converted into a two-level arts space, including a loft. Thick brick walls, ladder access to loft, one window. Lesee will have access to the Kinross kitchenette and restroom (in the main building). Wifi is included. There is also a lovely cafe on site and attractive grounds and garden.
The studio is located at the back of Kinross House at Kinross Arts Centre, an heritage listed building. It would suit an artist who works small scale and would make an ideal creative escape.
