Meow Wolf Reveals Visual Artists and Performers for Vortex 2023

Meow Wolf is gearing up for the second edition of Vortex at the JunkYard with massive musicians, huge art installations, live performers, and more.

Meow Wolf is one of the most colorful and coveted art exhibits across the country. With its most recent structure popping up in Denver in September of 2021, the beloved brand has added to the vibrance of the city, making an impact with its vibrant structure, surreal visuals, and epic concerts. With a whole host of musicians featured at their venue, Meow Wolf, alongside Live Nation, welcomed their music festival, Vortex, in 2022. Not only do they focus on creating a diverse environment by supporting artists and the community, but they also support the city’s sustainability in various ways throughout the festival.

With bigger stages and more surreal art structures, Meow Wolf brings color and a whole new world to the once-dull back streets of Denver. Now, they’re getting ready for round two of Vortex at the JunkYard on August 25-27, with an even more stunning lineup spanning a range of genres. This year’s edition will feature performances from BLOND:ISH, Brownies & Lemonade All-Stars, Claude VonStroke, TOKiMONSTA, and two massive sets from GRiZ on Saturday and Sunday, which will be some of his final performances before his indefinite hiatus.

Bridging the gap between reality and fantasy, Vortex blends music and art in the most immersive way possible, and the recent announcement of their visual artists and more only further solidifies that. Announced performers include Bob’s Dance Shop, SISTER MAGIC, The Woogie Watts, Mis’Von, Arin Enso, and James Brunt, among others. Additionally, the grounds will offer surreal art installations from artists such as Jon Medina, LUMENATI, La Adorna, Rainbow Dome, Shrine, and Victor Rivera who were hand-picked to display their art. Their goal is to bring their audience to an otherworldly environment for the weekend

Vortex will be held right in the heart of Downtown Denver on August 25-27. Weekend and single-day GA and VIP tickets are available now via their official website. Be sure to grab your tickets for a magical weekend of music and art!
