This multidisciplinary residency at an 18th-century village house in the South of France (Provence’s Luberon region) offers an idyllic space for artists to focus on creative work. The application fee is €45 and private housing options range between €575 and €1,350 per two-week period.

Open to all creative practitioners who are working on projects that address plants, landscapes, or gardens. The award includes a $2,000 or $800 grant and a five- or two-week stay at OSGF in Northern Virginia.

Baldwin For the Arts – Baldwin Fellowships

Mid-America Arts Alliance – Interchange Program
Sixteen artists in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas with socially engaged creative practices will receive $25,000, professional development, peer network access, and one-on-one mentoring.

Olney Theatre Center – Vanguard Arts Fund
Developmental support ranging between $2,500 and $20,000 is available for diverse teams of artists interested in creating interdisciplinary theatrical works in a collaborative environment in the Washington, DC, metro area.

Space A – Kathmandu International Artists in Residency
Artists can apply for one- or two-month residencies in Kathmandu, Nepal. Residents have the option to participate in a week of trekking during the program. Residency fees are $800 for 30 days and $1,500 for 60, with partners welcome at an additional $8 per day.

Art in Odd Places 2024: Care – Open Call for Artists’ Projects
Artists, performers, agitators, and caretakers are invited to design team projects enacting notions of care for this outdoor visual and performance art festival along 14th Street in Manhattan.

Franklin Furnace Fund – 2024–25 XENO Prize for Artists’ Books

Grist – Imagine 2200: Climate Fiction for Future Ancestors

New York City Department of Cultural Affairs – She Built NYC

UMW Galleries at University of Mary Washington – 2024 Mid-Atlantic New Painting Biennial
Artists in the Mid-Atlantic region can submit up to three pieces to this juried exhibition in Fredericksburg, Virginia. All materials and mediums accepted; multiple prizes, including a Purchase Award, will be awarded. The application fee is $25.

Committed to supporting the field of sculpture, in 2024 the Jonathan and Barbara Silver Foundation will award a $20,000 grant to a writer who demonstrates fresh thinking on the history, aesthetics, and/or purposes of sculpture.

Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation – Curatorial Advancement Grants
Contemporary art curators can apply for funding ranging from $500 to $10,000, with terms of up to one year (no match is required). Up to 25% of the request can include staff time and overhead.

Fundación Botín – Art Grants 2024/2025
Artists from around the world can apply for €23,000 in funding to support individual projects that may require training (academic or otherwise), non-academic research, and production.

Harpo Foundation – Impact Award for Native American Art
This new $25,000 fellowship is intended to amplify the contributions of underrecognized Native American contemporary visual artists. There is a $15 application fee.

Queer | Art – Illuminations Grant
Awarded to draw attention to an existing body of work, this annual $10,000 grant is intended to support and shed light on Black trans women visual artists. Four finalists will also each receive $1,250.
