Scottsdale Artists’ School holds annual show/ sale | Arts & Entertainment


Scottsdale Artists’ School is running the 2024 edition of its Best & Brightest Art Show and Sale through Saturday, March 16.

The annual juried show features paintings, drawings and sculptures from past and present Scottsdale Artists’ School students. Interested people can go to scottsdaleartistschool.org to view a catalog of all the work and their sales prices.

GJ Binder titled this pastel of a Sedona area icon “Slide Rock.”




Located in a historic building in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale at 3720 North Marshall Way, the school is “dedicated to the artistic enrichment of the community and to developing the capabilities of artists and aspiring artists of all ages by teaching the applied fundamentals of fine art.”







Jolynn Chappell titled this bronze sculpture “Fruitful Bounty.”  




The paintings, sculptures and drawings in the show represent “the skills learned by students while studying at the school and provides collectors and art lovers the rare opportunity to purchase fine art at affordable prices and grow their collections,” the school said.

The school is considered a leader in visual art training for all levels, offering over 270 adult programs annually taught by the nation’s leading artists.       The learning environment includes fully equipped studios, a library, student lounge and a rotating art gallery. In addition, the school has a premier youth academy and an extensive outreach program. 

Scottsdale Artists’ School attracts more than 3,000 students and visitors yearly from all 50 states and many foreign countries.
