The excitement continues to build as Chautauqua’s Got Talent moves to another round.
After another memorable night of performances Monday, at the The Spire Theater, the audience votes have been counted, and the next group of talented artists moving on to Round Three. Congratulations to Amaya Thompson, Brailey Zuck, Christine Porter, Colleen Cerni, Daughters of Thunder, Dewayne Moore, Emeleerose Mason, Gracelyn (Nevaeh) Kohler, Howard McAvoy, Jared Pierce, Kadyn and Marc, Kambria Kennedy, Kristen McNitt, Laila Moon, Meghan Kelsey, Melani Witherspoon, Oliver Strother, Paige Silverman, Rocco Oliverio, Sebastian Hulett, and Shelby Storms.
The performances filled the theater with a beautiful variety of genres–ranging from spiritual songs and country ballads to powerhouse Broadway numbers. There was truly something for everyone. Even more heartwarming, several contestants stepped up to accompany their fellow competitors. Sebastian Hulett played guitar for Emeleerose Mason while she sang and accompanied herself on guitar, and Kadyn and Marc provided guitar backing for Gracelyn (Nevaeh) Kohler.
“It’s inspiring to see contestants not just compete, but lift each other up,” said Co-Producer Ylsa Maj.
Longtime judge Jamie Lee, agreed.

“It’s not just about competing — it’s about growing as artists, connecting with each other, and sharing something powerful with the community. We love seeing everyone shine in their own way,” Lee said.
“The level of talent we’ve seen this year is absolutely incredible,” Lee said.
According to Co-Producer Angelo Valentino, advancement in CGT is determined entirely by audience vote, meaning every performance, and every ballot, matters. The stakes are high as contestants are competing for the grand prize of $1,000 and professional studio recording time to help further their musical careers, Valentino noted.
“The audience had some very tough choices to make, and a lot of the voting was extremely close. Every single performer should be proud of what they put on that stage,” Valentino said.
The contest continues with Round Three on Monday, May 5 at 7 pm at The Spire Theater, 317 E. Third St. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are available at inspirejamestown.com.
